Meditate

A photo I took in NYC while attending an exhibit on Tibetan art and culture blended with the photo of a chinese royal robe taken at a museum as the background. Made in 2007 during my time living solo in Astoria, Queens. This is the 2nd rendition of this work and is my depiction of a glimpse of Satori or Samadhi...the feeling of a state of Transcendence and an experience of the Sublime through a connection with one's Higher Self and Wisdom.

Within this and the accompanying piece one will find recurring symbols of Gold, Dragons and Flame.
